You can still travel. Even with chronic illness.
I know what it’s like to love travel but have a body that makes it complicated. I deal with chronic fatigue, chronic pain, PTSD, and anxiety — and I still travel. Not the way travel looks on Instagram, but in a way that actually works for me.
That’s what Intentional Wanderlust is about.
This is a space for people who travel with invisible illness, chronic conditions, or disability — and who are tired of travel advice that doesn’t account for any of that. You’ll find real, practical tips from someone who has done the research, made the mistakes, and figured out what actually works.
No hustle culture. No “push through the pain.” Just honest help so you can experience the world in a way that feels good for you.

Hey there! I’m Traci!
And I love to travel. But what seems like a lifetime of hidden illness has often made that difficult. Despite PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue I have remained determined to travel and see this amazing world.
I love chocolate, coffee, historical fiction, and college football. I love beautiful beaches and European castles. I also have this weird obsession with the Premier League. I say weird because until a few years ago I did not even know what the Premier League was!
