Travel is for everyone
Traveling with a disability whether seen or unseen presents unique challenges. We can’t just follow our feet and see where they lead us or take the road less travelled. We need details, lots of details. We have to travel with intention which is why I created Intentional Wanderlust.
Food Allergies, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, mobility challenges and more impact our travel options. I’ve traveled with my own hidden illnesses and many in my family also have challenges. So, even if you don’t have a disability, chances are you travel with someone who does.
I want to take the stress of travel away and simplify the process. Whether it’s planning the travel for you or providing valuable knowledge and resources for you to plan your own travel, Intentional Wanderlust is for you.
My mission is to help everyone travel because I believe travel is healing and transformative. And also fun!

Hey there! I’m Traci!
And I love to travel. But what seems like a lifetime of hidden illness has often made that difficult. Despite PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue I have remained determined to travel and see this amazing world.
I love chocolate, coffee, historical fiction, and college football. I love beautiful beaches and European castles. I also have this weird obsession with the Premier League. I say weird because until a few years ago I did not even know what the Premier League was!
